Friendly staff and quick once we got to the counter. This is likely because I listen to the questions the previous customers are asked and I am prepared to respond so I can get to my car quicker. Upon return, we gave the counter staff an unopened half case of water because we obviously couldn’t take it on our flight and the staff couldn’t have more appreciative and thankful. Paid for an SUV, ended up with a Malibu. Back wheels out of alignment, very uncomfortable ride. Reverse camera faulty. Seats both had dirt on them…really gross. Clearly had not been cleaned. Chip on windshield - right in frojt of where driver is looking. Mentioned this on the way out. Currently got 3 different charges pending on my credit card from Avis - why? Poor experience. I was quoted a price and ended up paying more than said price, even though I didn’t add extra packages, extend the duration of rent, get fined, or incur any damages to the vehicle.
