Not having an electric vehicle. It was very stressful finding charge stations and the time needed to complete a charge. We had one weekend to enjoy a wedding. 13 hours of it was sitting at a charge stations. There are very few level 3 stations - so HOURS are needed at a level 2.Reviewed 10 May 2024

There is no AVIS in GIG - only Unidas, which was never mentiond. Even the last Mail said go to "AVIS Counter".. the signs in the Airport for rental car lead everywhere but not to rental car, needed help from 2 airport employees to find it. Even after traveling really often... Drop Off was the same, signs on airport leading to an Unidas Station opposite side of the street from airport, which we thought it is correct, but its not..Reviewed 9 May 2024

The pickup was a pretty horrible experience. The person checked me in and I paid, which took about 20 minutes. Then they realized that they had checked me in as the wrong person. Then voiding this was difficult and the system did. Not want to check me in as it thought I had a car already. Had to wait for the manager. We were supposed to get a small car but we got a Chevy Silverado that smelled like cigarettes. In all, not great.Reviewed 4 May 2024
