Received a car with no working AC in the middle of the summer in France. It was awful. I did bring it to their attention upon pulling out of the rental parking garage and I was told to just give it time to kick in. Will 2 hours away and still no AC. Worst experienceReviewed 24 Jul. 2024

Price was good for the 12-day rental. It was exhausting at the time of car pickup, the lady kept trying to upsell me on a bigger car, more insurance coverage. What could take 10 minutes for signing the rental agreement, took over 30 minutes. Everything else was amazing.Reviewed 8 Nov. 2023
