Got our car 15 hours late.Pros:Clean, good car. Everyone involved in the process was very nice.Cons:When we arrived to pick up our car, there were no cars available and they didnt know when we would get one. The person said maybe tomorrow? So we had to start our drive up the coast 15 hours later than we wanted, and had to go back to the airport again, though Avis did footbthe bill for the cabs.Reviewed 25 Feb. 2018
