This company scams its customersCons:Also ended up paying x4 the original price because of "mandatory insurance" and for coming in 15 mins after they reopened from siesta. Pros:Drop-off was smoothCons:Pick-up was a nightmare....It took over an hour to get our car. We had purchased a BMW (or equivalent) online but when we got there we were told that that type of car is never possible. FALSE ADVERTISING....to get a car brand anywhere near a BMW was another upcharge. The car we got was FILTHY outside and in. The clerk at pickup never asked us if we wanted the charge in dollars or euros and he made a face when we pointed out marks on the car that weren't noted on the agreement. Never again.Reviewed 21 Jun. 2018
