DropoffPros:The staff was very friendly and gave me an upgrade, which was great. I was able to extend my contract to have the vehicle an extra day.Cons:I was charged a fee to drop off the rental at the airport location rather than the location where I rented the vehicle from, which was in the same city and only a few miles away. I felt in the name of good business and positive customer service, I could have been allowed to drop it off at no extra charge. Also I was charged for a full extra day when I only had the rental for 7 hours of the last day. I feel at the very least this should have been prorated.Reviewed 20 Nov. 2017

Don't rent at the airport!!!Pros:The value even with a round trip Uber ride was still hundreds less than less car at the airport. Service at the smaller desk was also better!Reviewed 9 Oct. 2016

Pros:Great car, great gas mileage. The man we rented from was very friendly, nice helpful, all around great guy.Cons:There was no windshield washer fluid and windows were not clean enough inside or out.Reviewed 25 Dec. 2016
