Cons:Avis said there is no reservation and the confirmation number i have doesnt exisit! I had to hire another car from another company. I opened a case and i need my money back.Reviewed 20 Aug. 2017

Good servicePros:Staff was friendly and helpful. Car selected was Qashqai and upgraded to Feermont which is more spacious at the same rate. Car was clean and in very good condition.Cons:Rental rate was misleading as it did not include the insurance. I paid extra 120 TL to the offered rate in the website. Also there was the guarantee fee that was not mentioned anywhere. It was refunded after the car was returned.Reviewed 11 Aug. 2016
