7.0 Good
Pros: Good location as a base for exploring and great choice of places to eat out and drink very close to the hotel. Room was relatively quiet between 11pm and 7am and well laid out. Breakfast choice was very good
Cons: Pillows were not very good, felt cheap and went very flat, had to use a cushion from the bed between them. We weren't told of building work before we booked and that went on throughout the day all day. Felt the cleaning could be a bit more thorough as there were cobwebs in the corners of the room, the dressing table mirror was dirty as was the bathroom
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The food was great, service friendly, room was warm and comfortable
Cons: Breakfast wasn’t laid out ready at 7.30 on one day, but the cleaner got it started. The shower only gave cold water one evening due to plumbing work, but we were not warned. Pretty minor stuff and didn’t affect the enjoyment of our stay!
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Bedroom layout
Cons: Minor delay with card payment, the manager threatened me with calling the police. I thought payment was taken when I initially booked, but it hadn't gone out so in the morning my card declined after spending money on a two course meal for me and my partner. Manager was really rude and unhelpful and it resulted in an issue with booking.com.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast very good. A leaky eavestrough over our door was the only complaint. Also iron was faulty. Otherwise great linens and toiletries, great decor, very quiet.
Cons: Leaky eavestrough and sticky iron.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Lovely, helpful staff, great location, beautiful room.
Cons: Not good for vegans. Only one option for each course on the dinner menu. Our main was a sort of soup! Only the choice of soya milk at breakfast which does not taste good in coffee or tea. Both mornings we had breakfast elsewhere. Bed a bit hard and creaky and constantly dripping tap in the bathroom. Tried to have a bath at around 6 in the evening but water was only luke warm so had a quick shower instead.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Cosy Room, great breakfast
Cons: Nil
9.6 Excellent

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff - all very welcoming, attentive, accommodating & dealt with any ad-hoc requests with a smile. Hotel - really lovely decor throughout, nice restaurant/bar area & courtyard area. Rooms - good layout & well presented, good selection of toiletries & hot beverage making facilities. The bed was comfortable & shower good pressure. Breakfast - fantastic selection of continental & cooked breakfast from full English to pancakes (both great). Location - perfect for getting around Bridport & there is a car park at the back which you can walk through the courtyard to get into the hotel which was really useful. Walking pass the other hotel options we shortlisted whilst staying I'm really glad we chose this hotel & we will book again.

Pros: Room was perfectly fine for our needs, although was chilly until we turned the radiator up. Hotel was quiet and don't think there were many guests so obviously a more seasonal preferred location but we were attending an event nearby so it was in the right location for us. Breakfast was delicious and used local produce too
Cons: It did feel very quiet there and lacking any atmosphere but that could be down to it being the middle of Jan

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great stay at a great pub and B&B
Cons: Breakfast was superb ,comfy room and bed
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Quirky and comfortable room, great breakfast with good choice, friendly welcome and good service from the team, great location
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely comfortable ensuite room (shower only) in first floor of Georgian Grade II listed pub. Warm welcome and a good glass of Malbec in the bar before closing. Room was huge, but beautifully decorated and the bed was very comfy. Nice toiletries, plenty of fluffy towels and decent amenity tray. Slept really well (unusual for me!) and woke up to the sound of seagulls yacking!! Breakfast was terrific - great selection of local jams etc, good coffee, all hot food from local suppliers. I’m not usually a fan of sausages but I could have eaten about ten of them! Also ideally located for mooching around Bridport and the sea.
Cons: Little bit noisy but it’s a small, Grade II listed pub so I couldn’t really complain. Once time had been called it was as quiet as anything so I slept wonderfully. Shame the pub doesn’t do food as the breakfast is delicious.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, tidy
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was excellent- good quality, efficient and friendly service 10/10 Nice room, comfy bed and could see the hills from the room. Nice toiletries too and good size towels Location is great with easy and inexpensive parking nearby. Pub has a very welcoming atmosphere; it is just an enjoyable place to be Partner was impressed by green tea being available in the room. Nice to have a bedside light that is bright enough to allow you to read.
Cons: Noise from pub below when you are in the room - it is noisy - but hey it's a pub and you know that when you book. Plus when the pub closes, it goes very quiet. Would not stop me staying here.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Great 'pub' atmosphere in the evening. Friendly and helpful staff. good selection of beers. Breakfast very good. Lovely view from room 5.
Cons: Does not serve meals (apart from breakfast). Need to use public car park after unloading
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Fab breakfast with plenty of choice.
Cons: Bed not comfortable- hard mattress and very noisy bed, even just sitting on bed or turning caused a squeak. Think it was probably old and needs replacing.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Great pub, terrific atmosphere, great staff, great breakfast.
Cons: Room a bit small, uncomfortable mattress
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Great bar atmosphere. Friendly staff.
Cons: Room silver decor not to our liking but just a personal choice.

Pros: A really nice small rural hotel close to Lime Regis. Location quiet facilities VG all very smart. We were particularly impressed with all the staff we met they were friendly courteous & really helpful. We would highly recommend

Pros: Dinner and Breakfast were both excellent as was the hospitality shown by the owner.
Cons: Nothing

Pros: Perfect for a fossil hunt on Charmouth beach. The breakfast and dinner was really good. They were very accommodating for a vegetarian who is wheat and sugar free, and has allergies.

Cons: There’s nothing to like. All good.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly. Excellent location. Nice pool. Restaurant good, but not exceptional. Breakfast was good. Good parking.
Cons: Room itself was not great for the price. Noise from busy road.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel proprietors, Jo and Rob, were absolutely marvellous to us. They sorted out any issue we had swiftly and graciously, and forestalled any fossil-hunting problems we might have had by sorting them out before we knew about them. They even baked a birthday cake for my son, fitted the four of us into one room, and were so kind towards our highly charged children. The food was delicious, there was parking and high tea on arrival. What more could anyone want?
6.7 Good
Pros: Friendly helpful staff, nice little bar, great breakfast. Didn't try the pool but looked good. Room was ok, small double bed, squashed en-suite, but good linen and towels. Decor a little dated.
Cons: Small bed and dated decor.

Overview Reviews
Located in Bridport, Three Horseshoes Inn is within a 15-minute drive of Mangerton Mill and Bridport Tourist Information Centre. Free self parking is available onsite.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Agnes and Martin, the hosts, were first-rate in every aspect. Agnes's food was excellent at breakfast time and again in the evening. Martin was very helpful and very busy but still found time for a chat. The accommodation was very clean, warm, comfortably furnished and had stunning views to the countryside. The pub's bars are simply furnished but comfortable enough and the real fire is a welcome feature. In addition to the visitors, there is a strong sense of this being a locals pub where all are made welcome. In these days of large pub chains, it is good to know there are still some proper inns that are thriving. BTW, Powerstock is a good base for exploring the Dorset coast and countryside.
Cons: There's a little TLC needed in the rooms but apparently this is all in hand for the spring. The country lanes in winter, especially if it's pouring with rain, can be tiresome but, heyho, you can work that out from a quick look at the map before you book.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful location, large, clean welcoming accommodation. Loved the chocolate left. Views stunning and such a beautiful village and neighbouring village.
