Simple pick up and drop off process. Online pre check was also handy. Helpful staff, including on the phone when I called to reschedule pick up time. The vehicle was clean, comfortable. Took some time to get used to driving it, seemed to take some time to get into gear and accelerate from a stop. Some shaky acceleration.Reviewed 13 May 2024

I booked a "mystery" car and was delighted with the car I got. Price was very good, and the counter service was excellent. Long wait for shuttle was the worst part, and lack of correct signage on leaving the airport was next worst (I ended up at a freeway entrance that was blocked off), but Budget was responsible for neither.Reviewed 13 May 2024

As a Fastbreak member I was disappointed that my reservation was canceled this weekend only a few min before I arrived at the location. I had the same clerk for drop off and pick up. Never smiled, didn't even try to be courteous. Didn't even look at the car during drop off, but was charged an additional $200 the next day. No email, no reason. How?Reviewed 13 May 2024

The billing was absolutely absurd - Kayak offered me a rate of less than $50/day. Budget then added all these hidden fees — like a 130€ “location” fee for renting the vehicle for the airport. The final bill was more than 2x what Kayak had offered me.Reviewed 13 May 2024
