Pros:I reserved a car and went to go pick it and they were closed. I called customer service and nothing. Would be nice if I knew that they were going to be closed and I wouldn’t have paid for a rental.Cons:They could have their hours up online instead of on a sheet of printer paper on the door so no one gets tricked into renting a car they can’t get!Reviewed 20 Jan. 2021

Cons:1st vehicle was old and broke down with a transmission problem. It took two hours to get a replacement vehicle while stuck on the road with my family. 2nd vehicle had a warning light that came on the dashboard "Regular service maintenance required "Reviewed 31 Jul. 2018

Convenient location, great staffPros:The agency is just a block from the downtown Hilton and Marriott, and close to many other hotels. There was a large staff so it was quick and professional.Cons:A little pressure to buy more insurance than I wanted.Reviewed 16 Apr. 2017
