I had 4 different cars, and not by choice
Pros: The employees at the pickup location were very nice and friendly
Cons: Had to get 4 different rentals, first one had maintenance required light on as well as the tire pressure light, second 1 I drove for 3 days and the tire pressure light came on, I took it to the tire shop and they said it had clearly been driven on when the tire was flat/low and I ran a risk of a blow out. I had to drive it 4 hours back to the rental shop stopping every hour to check the tire. The 3rd car they gave me stunk of smoke so bad I couldn't stand to be in it, when I asked for a new car they said the didn't have any, I suggested the upgrade me then because I wasn't driving that car, magically they found one in the price point I had paid for. I took the 4th car and drove it for about 4 days before the key fob died, I had to drive the car an hour to get the battery replaced. Not one apology was made nor was I offered any sort of compensation. I will never rent from them again.

Upgraded to a really fancy car with no fees!
Pros: Quick service! No waiting for a car even though the one I rented was not in stock.

Do not use this company.
Pros: This car was ok, I had never driven a vehicle like this.
Cons: When I arrived to the SIXT desk at the airport, I was told I did not reserve my rental with this location. This is not true, I have rented several cars from ALT airport. I explained to the rep that I have two large suitcases over fifty lbs, a car seat, and two more small bags on a luggage cart, also pushing my son in a stroller because I was traveling alone. She informed me this is not the first time this has happened but there was nothing she could do about it. I had to find transportation to another SIXT location across town or pay this significantly higher escalated price to rent from the airport location.I informed the rep that I prepaid and I was not willing to pay an up-charge for a computer mistake and I probably could not get to the other location because I was not familiar with Atlanta I live in Houston plus I have a ton of luggage. She mentioned that I had 48 minutes to get to this location because they closed at 7pm, so I should make a decision soon. Needless to say I was able to catch an Uber ($40) to the other location 2 mins before closing. Then I was charged $40 to return the rental to the SIXT airport location at the end of my 6 day vacation. Worst experience ever!

Good but hard to find
Pros: I liked the fact that we were upgraded, but that was only because our original car was broken upon arrival.
Cons: It took me a long time to find the place because there is zero signage and it is located inside a hotel.
