Please check the rental car location hours before booking. I reserved a car for 5pm and my flight got in slightly later than expected and took an Uber to enterprise arriving at 5:10 to find out they closed at 5pm, so I was left stranded without a car and unable to get through to anyone. Kind of ridiculous to let someone reserve a car for the exact time the branch closes. Kayak shouldn’t allow this eitherReviewed 15 Nov. 2022

We made a reservation and went to the Enterprise counter at the Atlanta Airport and was told we did not have a reservation and they had no cars available. We had to rent from Avis and paid over $600.00 for 3 days to go to a wedding.Reviewed 14 Nov. 2022

When I arrived, I was told I was at the wrong Enterprise desk...and that the other one was closed. There were NO cars available, at any price (let alone the "bargain" price I had booked) and I had to take a much higher walk-up rate at Avis. Lucky for me I have credit and Avis had a car! Enterprise USED TO BE a reliable vendor, but I hear nothing good about them anymore.Reviewed 31 Oct. 2022

Made a reservation a few days in advance with email confirmation of the reservation only to be told on the day of that they “have over 30 reservations but only one car available”. Glad we were able to go through Turo or we would’ve had to cancel our road trip, and the plans we already paid for would have been a waste of money. Enterprise didn’t honor our reservation, despite making it 3 months prior to our trip. They didn’t call or anything, we called them to see if everything was OK. “No cars”, they said. After several days we found another vehicle, at a higher cost. If you really need a vehicle, don’t use Enterprise.Reviewed 1 Aug. 2022
