They had NO cars. I got to counter and they said it would be a 3-4 hr wait unless I wanted to pay for a SUV. And they werent going to comp the price, Inwiuld have to pay $75 more. Also because I was paying with debit they wanted to take the deposit, of course, AND run a credit check! All because the only car they had left was a suv! I never did get rental becuase others were out also and turns out the were out day before as well. They should have cancelled my res so I knew to book elsewhere. I booked more than a month in advance for SUV but was not told until heading to the lot to receive the vehicle that Dollar had not had SUVs to rent for about two days. And because they are the only Dollar in the state there is not another location to search. Dollar’s practices are deceptive. I will not be renting from them again.Reviewed 28 Dec. 2023

Abominable. Location had no cars. After standing in line for two hours with a hundred others, I had the privilege of being “upsold” to Hertz for $150 more to avoid losing my prepaid deposit.
