They charged me $17.65 for 2 gallons for gas even though I filled up the car right before I brought it in just 3 miles from the drop off location. Scammers! The car was completely full! Their process for trying to get a refund for fraudulent charges is ridiculous. They have no one you can even talk to on the phone. They’re liars and thieves.Reviewed 19 Mar 2024

The line at the desk was 2 hours long (they didnt have enough people managing the huge crowd). So we had to leave and get an uber because we were going to be late. Then there was no refund on the reservation so we lost $300. I'll never do this again.Reviewed 17 Jun 2021
