Reserved a medium size car at the Atlanta airport. The wait time to pick up the car was going to be 3-4 hours. But surprisingly they had plenty of full size SUV’s available for a $250.00 per day up charge that could only be returned to Atlanta airport. Hertz was not the only rental car company at Atlanta airport with long waits to pick up cars. It was the Worst experience I have ever had renting a car.Reviewed 19 Aug. 2023

Terrible car rental First car at garage check engine light on Second tape all around door from window either broke before Third scratches all on car Fourth car I had no choice on a nice 2022 Honda Civic which loved the gas mileage but had scratches all on car and Dent on passenger side which guy told me at service don’t worry about it but again when I returned car they pointed out everything I discribed… I had to fill out a damage slip for something I didn’t do…. Train the people in Atlanta to be courteous and helpful. One of the employees at drop off wouldn’t let me ask him a simple question about the bill. He quickly brushed me off and said go to the office and talk to the manager before I even asked him what I needed to know. Then when I attempted again he shrugged his shoulders and rolled his eyes. He got my full feedback on being respectful. Better training needed. We’re in need of help not attitude. ThanksReviewed 24 Jun. 2023
