Pros:This was an absolute scam in my opinion. It led me to believe it was at the International Atlanta airport. It was at a private airport. I could not even gain access to get the vehicle. Cons:When we arrived at the car rental, they told us they did not have any cars available. I explained that I had a prepaid reservation. They explained to me that the cars were "basically first come first serve basis". I stated how can this be when I prepaid? She proceeded to fold her arms and tell me "this is the way it is". I've never dealt with anyone more rude from a business. Hertz has lost my business!!Reviewed 7 Jun. 2021

Pros:When I was initially given a vehicle that was full of animal hair and cause my allergies to flare up, the location quickly remedied this with a new vehicle; however, the vehicle that I was given as a replacement was not serviced & had the gas light on.Cons:The vehicle that was not serviced ended up being inoperable. All of the tires were filled above the psi noted for the vehicle. The tire filled the greatest amount instantaneously went flat while driving and to others had slow leaks. My trip was delayed and I missed the graduation that I was traveling for. Hertz was unwilling to remedy this beyond crediting a service fee because the rental was not purchased direct.Reviewed 2 Jun. 2021

Cons:Office hours were wrong online and the office closed sooner. They didn't call to let us know or check in to see if we had issues with our flights that might delay our arrival. Upon check in, the staff was extremely rude to me and my family and didn’t offer any solutions. They kept saying “I am sorry we are closed”. My reaction was obviously out of frustration because of the long flight and trip to get there but also because of their lack of empathy and care. The Manager suddenly walked in and help but not before accusing me of speaking “loud” to their employees when that didn’t happen. My family was with me at all times, they are witness of my behavior, and now we are waiting in front of a closed office (which wasn’t supposed to be) and an unfriendly staff that provided no solutions to our situation until the manager came. The manager was not helpful right away, her response was also “I am sorry we are closed and we clocked out”. Ultimately, I kept pleading and asking for help, she open the office and finally gave me a car. The car - We got a car that had almost 52,000 miles on it, bad brakes, bad balancing of the tires and something was off with the wheel bearings. The car was dirty inside and out, you would think they had a car cleaned in these Covid times or that they would have a clean car waiting for us since we had a pre-paid reservation but NO, everything inside and outside was dirty and dusty with open bottles of water and trash all over the vehicle. We needed the vehicle and go on with our vacation so we had no choice but to keep the rental as it was. We didn’t feel safe driving it but it served its purpose. We called Hertz to try to exchange or replace the vehicle the day after we rented it and they gave me an incident # to take to a nearby Hertz store which we did but the manager told me they didn't have any vehicles available. So we had to keep the car in the condition it was and try to have a good vacation. Sometimes it is what it is but we definitely feel we lost our money with this rental and will never ever use this service or company again.Reviewed 1 Jun. 2021

Pros:The Hertz staff was inadequate: only two. We waited an hour and a half to get up to the counter. Overloaded.Cons:Hertz advertised that their facility was open on Memorial Day. The contract receipt confirmed it.. It was not. We had to drop off the car at the Marriott with a key drop upstairs. No service. This is the new Hertz?Reviewed 1 Jun. 2021
