Manually slow, clunky check in process but if youPros:Good value for the money.Cons:Check in is ALWAYS painfully slow. If there is a line at check in forget it, you'll be waiting 45 minutes to check in, and then at best another eight minutes to get your keys.... The cars that I have received have always had some spray disinfectant, like in a hotel room that someone smoked in.Reviewed 7 Dec. 2015

Pros:fairly new vehicleCons:i had to wait 20 minutes plus for this vehicle, it was not properly clean,it smells like someone was smoking inside the vehicle and to make matters worse the front counter add other charges without my consent so please everyone look at the breakdown of your bill before you leave the counter they are not honest.Reviewed 21 Jul. 2018

Never rent a car with EZ againCons:They charged us 15 dollars per day for driving from Atlanta to Orlando on the day we picked up the car. Even though it showed "unlimited miles" when we booked online.Reviewed 15 Jan. 2016

DisorganizedCons:Drop off in Atlanta was extremely disorganized. No one was working, there was a simple sign on the counter window sayin to go to a different counter to drop off but with zero detail about where that counter was. Calling the customer service number was useless. The whole experience was a huge waste of time.Reviewed 30 Apr. 2018

Friendly staffPros:The agent at the counter was very friendly and helpful. The car was just what I wanted, comfortable and good for highway driving.Cons:The extra charge for my spouse to be a listed driver. Pros:Vehicle was clean and without defect.Cons:Staff did not indicate that EZ was operating from the ADVANTAGE rental lot. Staff highly disorganized. Long wait time for check in, even longer wait for vehicle. While waiting in line, I could have cancelled my reservation and booked at a competitors kiosk and probably would have saved time and money.Reviewed 17 Nov. 2018
