The experience was good from the start. A tad difficult when getting on site. When filtering for pickup location. I had to input defined location from airport linearly location. Once the system recognized/ accepted the revised location. There was no problem searching for vehicle to rent. The on site associates at the pickup- drop off location. We’re friendly, professional, and exceptionally patient with all our concerns and questions. My wife and I were very pleased with the Buick Envision provided. If ever there is a need to rent a vehicle again. Budget will be a site to definitely revisit and do business with again.Reviewed 30 Dec. 2023

Poor customer serviceCons:I made the reservation online and got a call from the company(voicemail) that they might not have car I reserved so when i get there to pick up my car they will charge me the difference of any car they have available!!!!!!!!!!!! Why not provide that information online so that the customer can chose if they want to gamble. Good thing Enterprise don’t do that.Reviewed 26 Oct. 2017
