Pros:I was going to Albany NY, not Casper. Thought I had it resolved by phone but NO. Huge line in Albany. After 45 minutes finally waited on. Clerk was cranky, said it was my fault. Ended up paying 2X the quoted price for a dirty car.Cons:Cleaner car, reasonable price. More than one clerk at the counter. Train the staff to be empathic. Get decent staff on the phone that will do their job and make requested changes. I will never use budget again.Reviewed 17 Jun. 2019

Drop off at Casper airportCons:When we went to drop off at the airport, the rental car drop wasn't actually at the airport as labeled. When we finally out the drop off location, it was closed even though they said they were open until 8pm. The door to the office was unlocked but no one there.Reviewed 16 Jul. 2017
