Everything ok. Except the front windshield it was pretty nasty and was hard to see when the sun was infront of you when you’re driving and at nights with headlights. But overall it was good.Reviewed 8 Oct. 2023

The rental agency was supposed to stay open until 11pm. I arrived at the counter at 10:45pm and the shop was already shut down. Thanks for nothing, Budget!Reviewed 13 Oct. 2022

Pros:NOTHING.Cons:I was HIGHLY unsatisfied with the customer service I recieved. The car gave me a warning light during my drive I called to notify the office and they assured me it was probably something minor. So I continued on with my Anniversary trip... later I smelled something burning and now I had two warning lights on..so I preceded to the closet budget to see if I could exchange the car... they informed me my car had to be exchanged at the airport, so I went there. I was informed at the airport that they could NOT accept the car even if it was having problems... they did not resolve my issue AND DID NOT assist me In how to resolve the issue they basically sent me on my way and said that hopefully I'll make it back to my original office... The problem I had took a ALMOST a day to run around trying to figure things out and RUINED my spouse and I anniversary... at the end of the trip I turned in the car and even after all the headache I was not even compensated or even apologized to for the issues... HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICEReviewed 4 Jan. 2020
