Cons:The SUV was given to us dirty and unwashed/dirty on inside. The location did not answer their phone and finding the location inside the garage was horrible. There was only one man working there so it took long to get tended to. He wasn’t very friendly/did not complete a damage sheet until I asked.Reviewed 27 Jul. 2019

Excellent one-way alternative to a group shuttlePros:Kayak found a great one-way rate, pick-up was easy, and the small car fit our two adults and six suitcases just fine.Cons:Drop-off was a little confusing because no one in El Paso told us the Las Cruces return would be located inside a hotel. Wort experience I’ve ever hadCons:I was unable to pick up my rental car from the airport because I was using my debit card and didn’t have a flight ticket? This was the worse experience ever! I had talked to someone over the phone and I told her I did NOT have a flight and she failed to tell me her “policies” about debit card use at the airport location. I had to stay overnight at a near by hotel and ended up spending 4X more money since I was forced to buy an air flight ticket to come home.Reviewed 10 Mar. 2018
