The lady at the counter was pleasant and easy to work with but the vehicle they put me in was not cleaned and I requested another vehicle and it was the same thing. I don't put this on the counter people but the yard personel they have issues.Reviewed 10 Aug 2025

Rental counter is in a TENT across the parking lot. It was raining quite hard when we arrived and there was no way to get to the counter except to walk across the lot. I have had knee surgery and didn't want to slip. When i asked the attendant if there was a shuttle he laughed and told me I could walk there. I am sosrry- how is this ADA compliant at an airport?? Also there were people in wheelchairs and walkers on my flight. Low score on location set up.HIgh score on actual car! Loved my brand NEW Toyota Camry and the new car smell was intoxicating!Reviewed 30 Sep 2022
