When I arrived at 9pm there was a small hand written notice that said if I hadn't made the reservation over 24 hours before, they wouldn't have a rental. Since I needed a rental to get to another airport, I was stuck in Punta Gorda with no transportation or a place to stay. When I setup the rental with you, I assumed my problems were taken care of. Actually the pick up was great. Great service, very friendly staff. The drop off was the problem as we waited in line for over an hour and missed out flight home! Got up to the counter to pay, and the agent said we were good to go? I said you mean I wanted in line and missed our flight for you to tell me this? He said I should have received an email stating we were paid. I still have not received that email! Would Budget cate to reimburse us $735 for the other flight we had to get home??Reviewed 9 Mar. 2023

There was only one person at the desk for a Saturday morning. She was efficient and good at processing people but there was quickly a line up that she had to deal with on her own. We had to wait 1/2 an hour to be processed.Reviewed 24 Feb. 2023
