The auto rental place was very rudePros:NothingCons:They refused to pick up. Very rude. It is very clear that they did not want my business. I simply had to cancel. No other options. Make sure your gas tank is full before leaving thePros:Close location to my house. Affordable prices through kayak.Cons:I had to do my own run through with the car. When I received the car the gas tank was not full.. upon returning the vehicle I left the tank where I found it plus a little more. When they now did the run through, they come back and tell me to fill it up. I explain to them that it wasn't full when I received it and they proceeded to tell me the extreme gas refilling price. They need to work on further preventing those situations. It was inconvenient and made me spend money that I rightfully didn't have to.Reviewed 15 Jan. 2017

Poor Customer ServiceCons:I arrived right at 2pm on Saturday and the staff said that they were closed and would not provide service. I couldn't even get my car. They were there... just didn't want to serve me. There was another women that was there at the same time and she had the same issue. Poor service. I ended up cancelling my car.Reviewed 31 Mar. 2016
