The pickup went smoothly and didn't take long. The problem with the car (dirt stuck to the wheels so that the car no longer drove well - even when it was picked up) was remedied well and the employees were very friendly. The car itself, even though it was only a year old, was already very dilapidated. We have never had a car in such poor external condition anywhere before. It had a huge crack in the windshield and dozens of scratches and dents, but it was fully drivable. Due to the road conditions in Whitehorse, such seem Appearances probably don't seem to be an obstacle to renting.Reviewed 2 Sep 2024

When signing up for the Budget rental through Kayak, we were not properly informed of the additional fees that would incur through driving on the Dempster highway through the Kayak menu nor through the customer service desk for budget.
