Pros:Staff is slow and unresponsive.Cons:Outrageously rude staff. They gave me the car with only 3/8 of a tank of fuel. When I returned it with 1/4 tank I expected the refueling rate to be higher than at a gas station, but they charged a 300% mark up— $27 for 1/8 of a tank. Rep told me that my business wasn’t her money so she didn’t care.Reviewed 15 Sep. 2019

Pros:Made a mistake when booking and had set to pick up the car at the airport instead of closer to my hotel, but got in touch with them the day before and they moved it without any issues. During pick up the car had some damage but all dents were marked properly, everything went fine on deliveryCons:They place a hold of $1000 on your card when you are picking up the car with them.
