I was extremely upset We had a confirmed reservation for 10 am pickup I called at 8 am and was told a car would be available And the car we would be picked up at 10 am to get the car At 10am we were advised there was no car available until later in the day around 4 pm We were visiting Curacao on a cruise and had a day and a half in port After chasing alternative car rentals I found one but they charged a three day minimum So hertz totally screwed up our day and cost us us a crazy amount of money for a 1 day rentalReviewed 11 Jan. 2022

No cars availableCons:When we got there, they immediately told us there were no card available and that we could just try calling the next day to see if they hsd any. We end up cancelling the reservation .Reviewed 31 Dec. 2018
