The Staff was Very Professional Patient and just overall cool. They Gave me Great Prices when I had to extend my Rental.

Cons:

The Deposit should be Only $200 for any Car or Truck as Long As your Card is on File.

The only downside was waiting 30 minutes for the shuttle to take you off site to office. It added additional time on trip, but overall they were very efficient and friendly.

Phone number for van pickup was wrong. 30 bucks for taxi. Agency did not have our reserved car or for 3 other people in line. Only thing available was older van at a higher price.

For the most part it was good. They wasn’t at the airport which I was lead to believe they was. Then after I got home I got a phone call saying they got the key fob but they don’t have a key! I was never given a key the car is a push button start. Never seen a key nor used a key so now I have to call and talk to them tomorrow.

Waited over an hour for the airport shuttle because this company is an off airport site. The person answering the phone was rude and hug up on us twice. Shuttle never came so we had to deal with the headache of trying to get a refund and find another car. Have yourself the trouble and choose another company.

Staff was friendly, However: - I was charges and additional $135.00 in compulsory insurances which was more than the actual hire price. I could’ve rented much cheaper at the airport rental with any major company had I known this. - at after hour drop-off the offices were closed so i had to abandon the car and hide the keys nearby. I tried several phone numbers but nobody answered. Fortunately, the car was still there next morning and I was refunded the deposit $200 without any problems. Definitely would recommend going elswhere for a hire.
