1) They didn't have the car I'd requested or anything similar. 2) Car was dirty. They used the same dirty rag to wipe windows (which were smeared and hard to see thru) Crumbs were not fully vacuumed. Seats had dirt spots that could easily have been wiped off. 3) POOR signs. There was an exit sign pointing me to drive over road spikes. They had a stop sign... This was apparently for employees to bring in cars. They should have had a "do not enter sign" as well as a gate to prevent the confusion. When I mistakenly drove over the spikes, it sounded like this happens OFTEN. :(2.0 Poor

Cons:
Despite making a reservation, we arrived at the office to be told “there were no cars”. This had not been communicated prior, and in fact, I had received an email “confirming” my rental the day before. To further complicate, and frustrate our situation, our travel plans were nearly 100 miles away, now with no way to get there. The agent at the rental agency couldn’t even give us a ballpark as to when a car would become available. At one point she stated “maybe tomorrow”. Completely unacceptable—not only in not fulfilling our reservation, but also in not communicating the issue so we had any chance to make changes.2.0 Poor

Also the story I picked it up from was closed for half the time I had the vehicle, I needed costumer service and no other store could assist me, I was told I needed to speak to the store I picked it up from. Cons:
The service was excellent, but due to local vehicle shortages I ended up with a car that had several issues: the removable roof whistles at speeds above 50 MPH (I was made aware of this beforehand, but no other cars were available), it would shimmy on the highway when we hit a small bump or changes lanes) the driver side visor was broken and the phone connection was spotty. That being said, we were offered a discount on our next rental with many apologies.6.0 Okay

The cost was higher than presented by Kayak. I needed a car at Phoenix Sky Harbor airport, and the system apparently quoted a rental price from an Enterprise location away from the airport. Apparently the taxes are higher at the airport. The airport facility had trouble finding my reservation.Avis

The people at the drop off were wonderful. Pick up, not so much and I don’t understand why the gas was not full, especially knowing that the car was out having the oil checked. It was very inconvenient for me as I was driving up to Sedona & Flagstaff. Also, the surprise was a pick up TRUCK??? I rent cars NOT TRUCKS!!! What was that??? I had to wait for a car!Cons:

If I had come back with less than a full tank Id have had to pay nearly ten dollars a gallon. I understand the need to do this but I think it would have been helpful to have a suggested gas station given at the time of pick up as I did not have a clue where to go and found one nearest as I could on the way. It was a bit stressful considering the city we were in has a strange way of making left hand turn lanes.4.0 Mediocre

Reservation was not in system. Quoted 4X of reservation made online. They said system was behind since I made reservation within hour of pick up but this would be corrected when I drop car off and I would be charge correct / reservation amount. Pros:
We somehow got a special price on this rental, that being said, the service from staff, pick up, drop off and shuttle to and from the air were all first class. Very high tech coordination with the car unlocking when we got to the rental center. Included were satellite radio, navigation and surprisingly gas mileage over 40 mpg on the highway. This is a great rental opportunity for many.Cons:
There was the fact that the car was an Audi Quattro, so smaller than I would normally rent, compared to my Ford Edge, but I cannot complain about anything.10.0 Wonderful
