Despite taking my rental fee with a debit card, they would not release the vehicle to me. I was over 1,000 miles from home, at 0130 in the morning, and left without a vehicle. I was also told it could take up to 2 months for a refund. The gent with whom I dealt at the counter was kind and sympathetic, but the experience was unacceptable.Reviewed 14 Jul 2024

Everything about the service and price was acceptable. My spouse is disabled and struggles to walk long distances. Getting from the rental return to the airport terminals while disabled was an unclear process. We managed, but if there was something else we could have some to have a wheelchair available there, I didn't find it.Reviewed 24 Jun 2024

Cons:Waited in line an hour (at 10:pm) at the counter. Got my arm twisted to upgrade, but declined. Got the upgrade anyway, because they had no other cars. Received bill by email and full charge put on card, but I had already pre-paid part of the rental.Reviewed 13 May 2021
