Cons:Honesty when locking up vehicle and assistance from them when there was an issue, needed up costing us a extra $350 Which I spent three days of my vacation trying to get reversed with no luckReviewed 8 Dec. 2020

Pros:We got a great deal on a MAZDA SUV. It was clean, comfortable & just the right size for driving & parking in smaller spaces. The return was very easy... much easier than the pickup!Cons:We picked it up as ordered after midnight & the Payless counter was closed (which was pretty scary), but a sign directed us to the Avis counter on the lower level. After a short wait, we got the SUV, as ordered.Reviewed 29 Jan. 2021

Pros:Followed friend to drop off rental at DFW, was literally stuck in lot with no way to get out for an hour. Security guard was no help, and he should have been at entrance to keep me from entering "return Lot". Had to find an agent at the counter to find someone to get us out of the lot.Cons:Signs that say Do Not Enter unless you are returning rental and give the security guard access to open gate if someone is locked in.Reviewed 20 Feb. 2021

Cons:Coming to the center after hours was frustrating. Once i found my way downstairs to the massive garage, there were no guiding signs to find the 2 huts that remain open and nobody out on the floor to ask. Outside of that its pretty quick and easy. Give yourself 10-20 extra minutes for the shuttle transport to terminals. Vehicle clean and good condition. This trip they gave me a Hyundai Elantra. Having a lot of highway driving to do, i found it to be a gas hog and very sluggish. Lady week in another location I'd rented a Camry which was very nice.Reviewed 25 Dec. 2020

Pros:Didn't get to find outCons:if I had actually been able to rent a car or at least get a returnReviewed 7 Jul. 2020

Pros:The vehicle was comfortable, BUT the controls were a bit hard to understand. We went about 20 miles before we realized the air conditioner wasn't giving us cool air. We had to hit another button to turn it on EVERY time we got into the car. Did you know Arizona can be hot in November? The pickup/dropoff area was fine. It was the misunderstanding of having to secure a contract paper up two flights before we could pick up the car. It was not clearly stated there would be different places to go to get the car,Reviewed 10 Nov. 2016

Cons:Had to take a Mustang convertible instead of the econobox I had reserved. Many would have welcomed this, but the car was not designed to maximize the intended use of a car, namely, transportation. It had too much power, had miserable driver visability, poor gas milage, and posed a risk for theft. Not complaining, but when you mature to the realization that such automotive affectations are a surrogate marker of the driver's personality deficits, you regress toward a "get me from here to there safely, cheaply, and effectively" mentality.Reviewed 15 Mar. 2020

Dependable VehiclesPros:I liked the car. It was a newer Nissan Sedan. It was as clean and the perfect size car for my needs.Cons:The cost crippled me. I was visiting my daughter who is receiving treatment in Prescott Valley. I flew in from DFW to Vegas for a 5 hour layover, then to Phoenix. After an 11 hour day at three different airports, I still had to drive from Phoenix to Prescott Valley. All I had was my debit card,m, so I was charged more. The cost of the car was booked at $160 for the 4 day rental. I ended up paying $286, wiping out more than 2/3 of my travel budget. I could not afford the car, but had no other options. Though grateful to have transportation at all, it would have been nice to have the difference of $130+ dollars to spend on food and things to do with my daughter.Reviewed 13 Feb. 2018

Pros:The staff was apologetic for the long delay. The drop off and shuttle were super easy!Cons:Pick up line was over a 30-minute wait. Then when we got to our vehicle it didn't start (apparently the battery was dead) and I had to go back up to the original line to get another vehicle, taking another 15-20 minutes, because the line in the lot was 4 persons deep with problems as well.Reviewed 4 Jan. 2021
