Everything was perfect!!!! The employees were amazing. Not one of them was below excellent. Clean facilities and room. Beautiful beach and pools. Lovely vacation!!!!!

Cons (-) We couldn't think of anything - other than more information on the website about no need to worry about making dinner reservations, how to get a taxi/shuttle from airport, the fact that Hydrotherapy session takes the full hour...

Pros (+) The staff went out of their way to please us! it was really a pleasure to stay and we will definitely be there again and again! We really had a taste of haven!!!!! It was clean the landscaping was beautiful and the service was outstanding! Forget abut the massage...... they have the best of the best!!!
Cons (-) I cannot imagine of anything better than that! KEEP DOING WHAT YOU GUYS ARE DOING!

Pros (+) Staff was very friendly and accommodating Landscaping beautiful.
Cons (-) Room decorations a little disappointing for 700/night We have stayed at other hotels for this price and have had over the top decorated rooms. Rooms are a little sterile.
