Pros (+) The beach was beautiful and easy access to it. The hotel cost was actually pretty cheap.
Cons (-) The hotel is outdated, the shower was broken. I paid for two beds and only got one bad they didn't have another room.

Pros (+) The location was very convenient! 5 minute walk to a market and the clubs and restaurants are just steps away!
Cons (-) We paid for an ocean view room and we got something in the 1st floor and when you look out your window all you see are cabanas and people. Luckily we brought it up to their attention and they gave us something better BUT not until the next day. In my opinion, the rooms on the bottom floor, although technically facing the ocean, shouldnt be given to guest as "oceanview" seeing as you CANT see the o...

Cons (-) Very very old dated room! I should have know while standing at the desk listening to all the complaints of other guests that this was a poor place to stay!

Pros (+) Location, Location, Location! Loved the waterfront, the view, the service. Hugo, our bartender was friendly & made the tastiest mojito! I would recommend Krystal to fam & friends. Thumbs up!!!!

Cons (-) Shower is not working. Mirror is dirty, tissue holder has rust and not safe if it cut off your skin, resort must also work on its furnitures because the location is great but furnitures are old. Hallway must have carpet so whenever other guests are asleep it wouldn't bother them when someone is walking from the hallway especially kids who is running and playing around.
