Pros:
Everything's was very fast and easy and the car was great. We noticed during the pre-trip inspection that one tire had a nail in it, as is common around here with all the construction, so they gave me a new car, no issues at all with only a slight delay to change the paperwork. It was great.Cons:

I was given the option through Kayak to book this car for a time that the rental place literally WAS NOT OPEN. When I went to pick up the car the place was closed so I had to call Hertz customer service, demand a refund (which will take up to two weeks to be refunded to my card) and go to Enterprise4.4 Mediocre

Pickup was pretty quick and streamlined.Cons:
The car was not well maintained, which they knew because it was sluggish to start when they started it the first time. There was a nasty stain in the back floorboard. They were very rude when I tried to take the car back not filled with gas and insisted that I fill it, despite being willing to pay.10.0 Wonderful

The staff are professional and very nice. So far they have never overcharged me after I have rented here a couple of times. The cars are new and well maintained. I always make sure to rent and return within business hours though. Nothing to complain.Cons:
