Pros (+) Overall the accommodations were nice. The room was in nice shape and was clean. The TV had many channel options and the bathroom was modern. Very well priced for the area that it is in and the room was modern (maybe remodeled in the past 1 or 2).
Cons (-) The parking area is small and althought the hotel is technically in Coconut Grove, you are several walking blocks from the restaurant and shopping areas. This hotel is right off of US 1, so the traffic is hectic during rush hour times.
