10.0 Excellent
Pros: I've stayed at Concord's Colonial Inn many times, but enjoyed this stay more than usual. I needed to do a one-night in Concord to finish up writing my book on the American Revolution. I enjoyed chatting with the night front desk staff and just had a lovely breakfast. Little improvements like adding key cards to the Prescott Wing and excellent interactions with the front desk staff made my stay enjoyable.
Cons: The beds are still uncomfotable.
6.0 Good
Pros: I liked how close it was to everything.
Cons: It smelled like an old, close place that needs air. Heating was pretty bad. My room was next to the parking lot and it was noisy. They charged a deposit to my account and did not tell me they were doing it. They returned it afterwards, but they should've told me.
1.0 Poor
Pros: The breakfast staff were cordial and service oriented
Cons: I reserved a deluxe room with breakfast included. The hotel did not honor the reservation until I refused the first room (a small room located next to the noisy bar) and requested to speak to the manager. Terrible check-in experience which spoiled my stay
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely comfortable stay in the the center of town
Cons: I liked the property!
5.0 Okay
Pros: The location was central and great to walk and bike around Concord.
Cons: The bed as very stiff and old and same with the pillows. I could feel every turn my husband made in bed. Worst night sleep in a long time .
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Location
Cons: Prescott rooms are behind the lounge with live music. Be aware of their schedule if you need to go to bed before 10.30. The wall unit has a powerful fan that was great white noise to help block out the sound.
7.0 Good
Pros: Comfie bed. Old inn. God breakfast.
Cons: Easy to get lost, but that is A New England house
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Close to everything.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I loved the character of this place. The food is good, and cheap. The live music was awesome. The town is great. I will be back someday.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel itself is gorgeous and like stepping into history. The space has been well-preserved, including its winding hallways, and they have excellent signage inside to help you navigate all the twists and turns! We had wonderful customer service from the young man at reception, and we ate at the tavern and had brunch in the hotel - both excellent meals at reasonable price points. We can't wait to come back!
Cons: The air conditioner/heater made a sound like running water at all times, which didn't really bother us as it was more like white noise, but if that sort of thing is bothersome to you, I would recommend bringing earplugs or a white noise machine.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I thoroughly enjoyed the historic location of this hotel. There were several others who travel on business and with friends who returned. The hotel staff were engaging and the atmosphere, lively. Although on a business trip, I adventured around.
Cons: The location was a bit difficult to find, but worth the extra time off the freeway. I definitely return.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice hotel in great locations. Not fancy but for the age very nice

Pros: the POOL is awesome. great breakfast buffet. friendly staff up front, very accommodating. Our bed was concave, they gave us another, better room.

Pros: Friendly staff, good pool
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was near all attractions. Staff was very considerate.
Cons: Couldn't get two twin beds, so we ended up asking for a roll out.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The best part...THE LOCATION!!! Wow! Right on the river and walking distance to the Science Museum & TD Garden.
Cons: Random stuff, for the price I wasn't expecting to see my soap holder in my shower to be broken & rusty or to see a dirty shower curtain with hair on it. Be ready to pay for parking! $43/day!!! Great walking distance to everything but wow sticker shock.
7.0 Good
Pros: room, view
Cons: They never gave my security deposit back! and not answering to my emails nor calls. also breakfast and coffee was horrible!
5.0 Okay
Pros: The view
Cons: The first night we were it in the East wing . The room was freezing cold. Thankfully the bed was warm but entire room is freezing cold. Had to talk with front desk several times and finally got a good room change to the west wing.
7.9 Good
Pros: Very convenient location to Boston and very convenient parking. Clean, nice facility and great staff. Great view too!
Cons: Unfortunately the room was very hot! We turned the heat all the way down as low as we could go 65° (stayed in the winter) and the room was still so hot. I’m sure it was a fluke, but made it so hard to sleep. Even opened the window, but it didn’t help much. Also, the bathroom sink water was scalding hot (even on warm) burnt my hand a bit.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was great. We had a river view it was lovely. Rooms were excellent! Beds were the best I’ve slept in for ages. Highly recommend
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome especially the dining staff they were outstanding!!! A big thumbs up for the Royal Senesta Cambridge Ma. You folks are tops. Thank you.
Cons: No negative comments
4.0 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: Booked a river view room. When we got there we were told they over booked so there were not anymore river view and we got city view. Which was fine. However when we got to the room it hadn’t been cleaned yet. They brought us up keys to a different room, which turned out to be an empty river view room.... that room was 87 degrees all night and due to the winter there was no a/c to turn on. Even when turning the heat off completely and having the window open it didn’t get below 80. It was very uncomfortable.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We had booked a river view room and they upgraded us to the most beautiful room we have ever stayed in. Would definitely stay there again.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The only good thing I can say about this hotel is the location.
Cons: They charge you for pretty much anything and everything you can think of. The rooms are nowhere near as nice as the price you have to pay either. The showers are also small and very awkward.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Interesting, well-decorated hotel.

Pros: My son loved the fact there was an indoor pool. My boyfriend and I loved the breakfast we were able to have before we left!
Cons: I'm having trouble with my reward points and getting the gift card promotions, however that is not the hotel's fault so there is really nothing we did not like about the hotel. We plan to book another night next weekend, making it 3 weekends in a row!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Big, comfortable bed.
Cons: I believe the hotel charged me $10 extra because I did not return the plastic door keys. I always keep the keys because I was told all my credit card information is on the card. The chain should guarantee the card information is erased.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was so clean and the bed was very comfortable. There were plenty of pillows and towels.
Cons: There was a big stain on the chair. It looked like someone had sat in the chair with a wet bathing suit...It was gross. We were not able to use that chair. It is the chair that was upholstered. I did report this to the front desk when I was checking out.

9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly staff.
Cons: I dislike extra charge for good quality wifi. Everything else, great.
7.0 Good
Pros: We traveled to Boston to see the track and field races at Boston University. We stayed at the hotel because of the location and the close proximity to the college. The room was clean and spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The phone in the room was not working and we wanted to order dessert after we came back from dinner...we had to go downstairs and order the dessert at the bar? It took over an hour to receive our order which was 2 bowls of ice cream that were half melted and cost $28.00? We were extremely dissatisfied by that. Overall, our stay was good...the front desk attendant was efficient and informative...the valet service was excellent and the breakfast and service at the restaurant were very good.
Cons: The room service took to long to receive and was very very expensive...ordered two bowls of ice cream that cost $28.00 and took over an hour to have it delivered to our room. The phone in our room wasn't working and we had to go to the bar and order the dessert...the ice cream was half melted by the time it arrived.

Pros: The hotel was very accommodating for a early check-in. The bellhop was also accommodating and held onto my bags after check-out and before I needed to go to the airport. Overall, the staff were great and the hotel was adequate.
Cons: Although the bathrooms appeared to have been recently updated, I did not like the shower-head and the shower appeared to have been excluded from any renovations. The TV also randomly shut off on a few occasions and was a bit laggy.
9.0 Excellent
Cons: Walls were a little thin and the people in the adjoining room were quite loud.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Bed was comfortable
7.5 Good

Cons: I checked in with Hilton Honors to a room far away from the elevator, due to my sensitivity to noise. I instead got moved to the room on the back of the elevators and the stairs. Worse yet was the numerous kids running throughout the hotel till midnight. Needless to say, sleep wasn't great.

6.0 Good
Pros: The price.
Cons: It isn't well lit and there's no signage outside. Drove right by it. The place isn't 4 star quality, just has the 4 star boxes checked: newspaper/check, small gym/check, in room coffee/check, bar/food/check. However, the bathroom was very quirky.

Pros: The staff were helpful and very friendly.
Cons: The website specified the hotel options were 1.7 miles from MIT. The hotel was an Uber ride to MIT which cost anywhere from $20 CDN to $67.50 CDN each direction dependent on surge pricing. The hotel was listed as 4 stars. I would give the hotel 3 stars
7.0 Good
Pros: Friendly overnight staffer.
Cons: Controlled heater in my room was broken. Provided a space heater which worked fine.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The bar-restaurant-lounge area is very open and bright, featuring European, industrial contemporary style with a vintage pool table, cool lighting and seating, and excellent service. My family of 6 hung out playing pool before and after breakfast. Also, we had two rooms for family of 6. The one room had very strong Vape smells. The desk moved us to a better room immediately. Very accommodating!
Cons: At first glance the rooms may look a little drab BUT they are very comfortable and then you see the nuanced touches that are actually very nice.
1.0 Poor
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Shower water power was so weak

Pros: The only thing I like is the kitchenette and the attendant he was great!
Cons: I didn't like any of the workers especially the girls, they are nasty terrible women who shouldn't be working for your business. I would like to add that hotel employee is the only one who deserves any recognition for his hospitality and just all around
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The more I started staying @ motel 6 with my man the more I started to develop a friendship with Michele. She has always been fair and kind to me. I have always stay out of her way and let her do her job. There are so many people @ this place that don’t like Michele because she is very friendly and always doing her job like she is supposed to be and most people want her fired because they are jealous of her. Most of your complaints are from women not men I promise you that. I’m a woman and I have so much respect for this woman I have seen so many woman threat to try and destroy Michele get her fired from her job and ruining your name and Michele keeps trying to put on a brave face like nothing bothers her and keep pushing and keep moving forward. I’m so proud of her.
Cons: I hate how some many woman that lives out there that try’s to destroy a person reputation because you want deal with there foolishness.
7.5 Good
Pros: The it was ok
Cons: I didn’t like this 1 staff members he made feel real uncomfortable. How do you come to my room and don’t knock but use the key and I was in my room naked good thing my man had came back from work there is no telling what your employee had on his mind. And every time he sees me by myself he be trying to come to say something and then he realize I’m not by myself and then change his mind and turn around quick fast why is that just leave me a lone. I never said anything to you I’m AFRAID that he’s is going to do something to me 1 of these days I hope not but you never no I have been rape before and these scars never go away never. I’m done and I don’t think I could handle anything like that happening to me again I just hope he turn his sites to someone or to something else I no this sounds bad but as long as it’s not me I don’t no what to tell you
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The friendly greeting I received from the person at the front desk when I checked in!!!
Cons: The location sucks!!! Very difficult to find even with GPS
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Always a pleasure to stay here. Hotel employee at the front desk was very friendly.
6.0 Good
Pros: Location was prime many available places to get food and supplies all within local distance nothing over a 20 minute drive.
Cons: The cleanliness. Considering the issues surrounding us today. It is expected that sanitization and emphasized cleaning procedures should be incorporated. That was not shown at this location. The bathroom especially because of the immense use by occupants. Should have great care when being clean. I seen the sink was not properly wiped down and cleaned. Hair trimmings and follicles were all over the place. The toilet was not properly wiped down. Hair and what was probably human excrement was seen. Those two issues alone showed me the essential staff while trying to keep everyone safe and this economy flowing. Establishments like this are in the business of perpetuating the incline of this pandemic. I really hope you all make the difference in keeping both your employees and guests healthy, safe, and providing a satisfactory service. Thank you.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was easy and cheap
Cons: A little dirty in and around the cabinets, but it's what you'd expect from a 2 star hotel
1.0 Poor
Pros: Second morning found roach in bed went straight and complain they had somebody come out to actually found the roach and killed it no refund given
Cons: Roach found in bed nobrefund given was offered coins for laundry room really
5.0 Okay
Pros: Proximity to my meetings.
Cons: Having two Extended Stay Suites next door to each other that are not associated with each other created a silly need to stop at one to find out there was another directly behind the first.

Pros: The location and maid service . I dealt with one woman I forget her name but she was a delight
Cons: As soon as u walk in there’s all kinds of construction which is fine I get it but there was dust everywhere the person at check in made no comment on any of it , didn’t tell us about breakfast or the restaurant. No cart to bring bags up , as soon as u get off elevator there were big things about 4 tiers that hold all dirt clothes . They were there over night and hours in the morning . The door to the utility closet is off so u see all the rubbish etc as soon as I opened my hotel room door . The heat was broken and it was super cold in my room but the hotel was sold out so they couldn’t move us . They sent maintenance up but he couldn’t fix it . The shower didn’t drain properly I was standing in water to my ankles and higher at some points just to shower .

Pros: The rooms are great! Very spacious and comfortable. The staff is great. There is free parking. I would definitely come back in warmer months to check out the outdoor pool. The location is fantastic! Very close to excellent restaurants and about 10 mins from every major attraction.
Cons: However the shower sprays everywhere and soaks the floor, there was construction that woke us up extremely early the first day, but I complained and the staff made sure they didn’t come extremely early the next day. The heat is unbearable and when you try to cool it down the noise and cold blast from the vents is ridiculous.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The new updated hotel style and room concepts! Staff was great too!
Cons: I didnt like that our rooms shower door wouldnt stay closed during shower time. House keeping kept trying to come in our room before 12pm eventhough we forgot to put the "do not disturb" sign in the door. Also to stay an extra 8hrs they wanted $250.

Cons: There was a big youth sports group. Parents were lax, kids boisterous. Pool shut from "incident." Preschoolers swam in the hot tub in floaties while the parents drank poolside, backs turned. A tween laid on the bottom of the hot tub. Not dead, but scary!

Pros: The room was beautiful and comfortable, as were the public areas. Friendly staff. Very easy stay, nothing to complain about. Some services were limited due to current public health concerns, I appreciate them taking certain steps for guest welfare

Pros: Excellent room New and clean and roomy
Cons: Pillows!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean
Cons: Bar was empty
1.0 Poor
Cons: I did not like the fact I was charged an extra time for my room. And fees that included room service...I believe that charge for room service should of been made at the end of my stay if I had chosen to use it. I was told I'm sorry and the charge would be credit back 3-5 business days including the extra night they mistakenly overcharged me for. It was very inconvenient the money was taken out of my account therefore, I could not utilize the money if I needed it. Nothing was offered for the inconvenience. And the manager was not there to help resolve issue...I feel as though they could of contacted him so we could talk with him.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff. The room was nice king size bed very comfortable. Lots of lights in the room. Nice big flat screen tv. And the room came with a microwave and fridge. Also lots of spots to charge your electronics
Cons: There was nothing I did not like about my stay.

Cons: Pricey parking but I understand it's the same at most hotels.
1.0 Poor
Pros: I always enjoy Marriott hotels .
Cons: The customer service was terrible. Had issue with room toilet the first night. Asked staff to fix it. Woke up next morning to flood in bathroom due to toilet leaking. Addresses it with staff who was very disrespectful and blames myself and husband for it.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Location
Cons: The door on the bathroom
7.0 Good
Pros: I stayed here because the other Marriott in Kendall Square was fully booked. However, this is a short walk to MIT and across the bridge to Charles Street in the Back Bay in Boston and turned out to be convenient. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The price was great for this area.
Cons: The hotel was surrounded by construction, which made it noisy and difficult to get to. Even without the construction, the hotel is very near a highway and the Lechmere T station, so the location is only good based on its proximity to MIT and Boston, not its actual location.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was in a great area. The t is right there too. Shower was above average
Cons: The rooms were average and our room could've used a painting. Shower door didn't close. Parking very expensive if you valet it may take 30 minutes to get your car.

Cons: Old hotel that cries out to be updated (it looks like they are starting). The heat in the room could not keep up the cold temperature, and even the hallways were cold. Be careful - they will kill you with Cody if parking a car.
6.8 Good
Cons: Room 1013 needs a fix on the toilet which flushed and splashed water and gets the toilet seat wet. The overall facilities at the hotel are not nearly as good as other courtyards I’ve stayed at and I’ve stayed at plenty. No real good place to get comfortable in the lobby. Also the restaurant in the hotel is not very good.

Pros: The location was great. Close to everything. The room was the right size and comfortable. Front desk staff was great. A pretty good breakfast.
Cons: The bathroom still had blonde hair in it from a previous guest. No microwave in the room (only a fridge). The cleaning staff started vacuuming one morning and were constantly banging into my door and the walls (in the hall). I was trying to sleep.
