Costumer service was fine ,drop off place and pick location a little unconfortable i think is because airport is under contruccion, car was a little durty mechanic job was done with hand marks in the car ceiling,but i have to say we get a brand new car so we dont have to woory about breaking down.Reviewed 4 Dec. 2023

Check in line was over an hour when I arrived. Three employees trying to process over 25 waiting people at 10pm. I cancelled my reservation in line, walked over to Avis, and got a better car for the same price with only 5 minutes of effort. Why would I bother with Kayak or Dollar?Reviewed 3 Dec. 2023

After confirming availability in morning. Arrive at counter and no vehicle similar to reservation is available. Offered downgrade which does not work for family at no reduction in price. Agent declined to check with other locations or agency for vehicles. UI liked nothing. I had previously made a confirmed reservation for 5:30PM. I approached the rental counter at approximately 5:35PM. The agent took my driver's license and a hard copy of my confirmed reservation. After a few minutes she informed me there were no cars available, and it could be 1 to 2 hours before a vehicle could be available. I pointed out a vehicle less than 509 feet from the counter and was told it was unavailable. Approximately 1 hour and fifteen minutes later the agent called me to the counter, explained a vehicle was available but I would be required to pay an upcharge. She pointed to the very same vehicle which was still in the same spot I had inquired about when I first got to the counter. I had to drive over two hours south of Memphis for a meeting the next morning. I had to have a car. She explained the upcharge would be $10. I agreed. I received a charge to my credit card for just over $239. $200 of which she explained was a deposit. I am requesting a full refund for the upcharge and confirmation the $200 deposit has been returned to my account. I have never been treated like this by any rental car company. I will never rent from your firm again. I am sending out a blast email to all my contacts and work associates detailing my experience and recommending they never use your firm.Reviewed 30 Nov. 2023

I was lent a brand new car for a really GREAT PRICE! Not to mention that the rental was for a 44-day booking. The car was really clean (inside and out) when I got it. The Dollar staff at the Burbank Airport was friendly, and the process of picking it up and dropping it off was very efficient.Reviewed 30 Nov. 2023
