Disliked: previous customer must have smoked in car, both weed and cigarettes. Found a ziploc with some marijuana bud in it and threw it out before I left Georgia. Front passenger seat had what appeared to be a reddish/brown (almost like blood) stain on it. Also, even though I had said I wanted to use my own insurance, Dollar refused to accept that and therefore I had to purchase extra insurance there. Very very disappointed!Reviewed 16 Aug. 2022

I made reservations through Kayak and then called their customer support line to confirm my rental. I made sure they understood that the drop off location was different from the pick up. They confirmed and even helped me change the pick up time. I arrived to pick up the rental and they did not have any cars and said they wouldn't have any for a couple of days. I asked if they could help me in anyway or find an alternate location because I needed to get home to my daughter and had three flights cancel the days before. She told me they had a car BUT i had to produce a return plane ticket for that car. I wasn't coming back.. clearly because the drop off location was different. The woman was rude and unapologetic. I was stranded and had to stay at the car rental center for about 8 hours until I was able to find different ways to get home. I will absolutely never ever do that again.Reviewed 16 Aug. 2022

1.5 hour wait in the line to take care of finalizing the rental agreement due to short-staffed. That was understandable. The staff were very friendly in the terminal. Once completed, we were directed to go out to the garage to pick up the car. We went outside where a staff member told us there were no cars and to wait for cars to be brought out. I asked if there was a line or ticket system so we knew who was next. He told us to stay close and he will come get us. Another 1.5 hours later, the area is packed with people waiting on cars. It’s nearly 3am and we were traveling with infants. No one knew what was going on and there was no organization to who came and when. Management came out and began scolding the customers demanding we form a line (no one was honoring who was there first). He threatened to kick us out if we didn’t follow his directions even when I politely told him we were there first and others crowded in front of us even after just arriving to the area. He didn’t care. Then he finally directed us to a car and he pointed us towards a Chrysler minivan that had been sitting in the garage from the moment we originally arrived. The disorganization of the garage and lack of planning to consider an event like that occurring was really disheartening and I am not inclined to ever use this rental company again. The car was sufficient and clean but the staff and management were not appropriate.Reviewed 15 Aug. 2022

Price of the car was good. Counter agent made a mistake on my booking and I had to drive back to the airport to get it fixed. There should be a contact number to the station instead of wasting gas and time for a situation that is the agents mistake.Reviewed 15 Aug. 2022

Our car was really beat up. Looked like it had been in an accident as the hood was pushed up a bit. Door dings all over. Back number all scratched. No washer fluid, broken sunglasses holder and bad brakes. The car shook every time we hit the brakes. Yes, we could have picked a different car but in the hustle and bustle of travel, we didn’t notice some of it until we got to our place. The staff at the Dollar counter was really nice and communicative. Because of the general car and staff shortage currently in the US, we (and most of the people we saw in the car rental waiting area) had to wait hours for our cars. There wasn’t much space to sit and wait, so many of us were standing. The bathrooms were under construction and on the other side of the terminal. There also wasn’t a loudspeaker, so if you went outside for a minute to get some air or went to the bathroom, there was a risk of missing the agent calling your name to let you know your car was ready.Reviewed 14 Aug. 2022
