Very long, slow moving line at the counter at the Orlando Airport. It took 1.5-2 hours to get through the line. Looking at recent reviews, this seems to be the norm for Dollar/Thrifty at this location. Wish I would have read those reviews before booking. Never received car. Flight delayed, got to rental car building after 11. Dollar booth closed, so needed Thrift’s booth. Around 50 to 75 people in line and only one attendant. After half hour of little progress, go Uber to hotel and never got car. Will ask for refund or creditReviewed 4 Jun. 2023
