Our first car had a broken key fob. Returned it and they tried to give me a smaller car that didn't fit everything we had to carry. Had to push for what I rented (mid-sized SUV) but was eventually acommodated. Car was nice, new and clean. Only other issue was the toll pass, they charged me $29 in convenience fees for $16 worth of tolls which is ridiculous.Reviewed 14 Apr 2026

On the paperwork, the rental agreement, it clearly stated to bring the Visa Debit Card used to secure the rental, and pay in advance for the extra Insurance, when picking up the Rental. The Rep at Dollar REFUSED, telling me they DO NOT honour such an agreement and I must use a Credit Card. When my Friend offered His Credit Card, they again REFUSED.
