Location is 10 mins from the airport. They up sell you on the insurance and car is not as advertised. I was given a Nissan economy car when it was advertised as a Mini Cooper. I'll never use Economy again, especially @ FLL at $250 for 3 days.Reviewed 18 Jun. 2021

Cons:The company runs a scam attempting to force customers into buying their insurance at $40 per day unless you have a copy of your own insurance policy with you. I have since read online that this has been done to many customers. Shame on Kayak for being involved with this company.Reviewed 30 May 2021

Cons:Clear rates..... having all these extra insurance and misc charges that added $60 to my bill. My liability was cornered with Gieco and my AX platinum covered the rest. This omission of these extra charges was a flagrant omission when renting. I will certainly not tent from them again and blame myself for not reading the reviewsReviewed 23 May 2021

Pros:Drop off fine, it was the pick-up of vehicle that was a disaster! Waited for 3 busloads at FLL to take me to rental center then waited for van to take us to Economy, then waited additional 50 minutes on line to get car! Then the Altima vehicle I paid for was unavailable got a Versa instead with no reduction in cost, moreover your agent charged my account $500 for liability insurance! I'm 73, own 2 homes and 3 cars in NYC & SC. Took us 3 1/2 hours to get wrong car in stifling humidity! TerribleCons:Should have been told to bring proof of liability insurance. On Kayak website, box showing $13.54 discount did not work after clicking multiple times. Should have received reduction for smaller vehicle.Reviewed 22 May 2021

Pros:The agent at the counter was extremely and disgustingly rude. She had some gross power trip and seemed to take pleasure in making it difficult for the customer. She even threatened to cancel my reservation at one point because she didn’t like my attitude. The rest weren’t much better.Cons:I was surprised by additional charges that I never dealt with before. They I tried to resolve it but they seems to know that there would be a catch and relished in being able to charge me nearly $200 extra. An already overpriced car rental became an exuberant over charge. They put me between a rock and a hard place leaving me with no choice but to pay the extra amount. Horrible experience overall. I will never use Economy again, not Expedia, nor Kayak. I will make sure to tell as many others as possible to avoid these as well.Reviewed 17 May 2021

Pros:Price only. Tips: 1-Bring your insurance policy coverage to "prove" you have rental car coverage. They will tie you up for 20 minutes just having to call your dang provider. 2-Buy your OWN E-Pass from Florida for $14.00 and fund it with an account before traveling there. Economy charges $10 dollars a day to use their transponders. 3-Take photos of every scratch or dent. they will try to stick these things to you. 4-Their vehicles SUCK. We were given a Hyundai Accent, which had no modern amenities. The vehicle is made of flimsy plastic and beer can-thin metal and very dangerous if you were to get into an accident.Cons:Better car. Less time checking in. Be on your game when dealing with budget outfits like this or you WILL become a victim. Fortunately, I went there aware of their shoddy reputation but needed the low pricing, so as long as you know that you're swimming in sharks waters, you can avoid the sharks.Reviewed 15 May 2021

Pros:Extremely efficient and east pick-up. Drop off was even better!!Cons:Car (Nissan Versa) was super efficient. 43 mpg average over 1200 miles. Would’ve/could’ve been more comfortable with upgraded seats, bit it is what it is. Extremely satisfied over-all!!Reviewed 8 May 2021
