I did not end up renting the car. When I arrived at Southaven Enterprise I was informed that I could not drop off on my drop off date. The store was going to be closed on my drop off day. Although I was able to use that day as a drop off date when booked the car, I was told I would be charged a late fee because they would not be open that day. I agreed, even though it wasn’t my fault they were closed on my drop off date. Then, at 4:00, I was told they didn’t know what SUVs were available at that time. I was told I would have wait an hour or longer to get my rental. I decided to leave and not use the rental.Reviewed 30 May 2023
