Pros:Treated very poorly, right from the start the girl thst checked me in was rude. I had a temporary license extention from DMV and she was giving me a hard time. Then they wouldn’t accept my EDD Card issued by state of California I made a complaint to Enterprise regional manager but have not heard back with an apologyCons:Customer Service improvement is needed through coaching and trainingReviewed 2 Sep. 2020

I Always go with Enterprise These DaysPros:Our service center on Auto Park Way has excellent young men working there who always try to help the customer. Each experience with them has been a good one. In particular, I reserve with Adam there and he is very friendly and helpful to customers. I will use enterprise again in the future which is quite often due to my business.Cons:I resrrve with Adam there and he is very friendly and helpful to customers.
