Pros:Treated very poorly, right from the start the girl thst checked me in was rude. I had a temporary license extention from DMV and she was giving me a hard time. Then they wouldn’t accept my EDD Card issued by state of California I made a complaint to Enterprise regional manager but have not heard back with an apologyCons:Customer Service improvement is needed through coaching and trainingReviewed 2 Sep 2020
