Was unable to pick up car as I was informed days before the trip that the off site rental location closed at 2:00 pm on Saturday that we arrived and was closed entirely on Sunday. Ended up using Uber and saved over a thousand dollars.Reviewed 15 Jan 2025

I appreciated the quick service and the vehicle was not falling apart like I have experienced with other agencies every now and again. The part I wish to resolve is the pre-pay on fuel. I was not advised that I would be charged for a full tank no matter what it was returned at. My understanding was I would be charged the gallons I used. I only used 1/4 of the tank so a full tank charge has left me a sour taste in my mouth. The representative knew I only had it for 1 day so that should have been something they advised and double checked on the consumer’s understanding of the policy. Albeit Enterprise is the leader of the rental industry, it’s the little things like this that can drive a customer away. I hope Enterprise steps up and resolves this matter.Reviewed 14 Jan 2025

Was severely disappointed that the drop off location tried to steal my deposit. Had to file an online complaint to have my deposit returned. Especially painful after purchasing the increased insurance policy in an attempt to avoid this exact situation. Pickup location, while super friendly, didn't have car ready on time, and gave me a car with less than 1/2 a tank of gas. Would have overlooked that, if not for the drop off location trying to scam me. Be careful when renting a car. Unfortunately, not the first time a major car rental company's local offices tried (and sometimes succeeded) at scamming me.Reviewed 10 Jan 2025
