Pros: staff were helpful about getting us a bigger car that met our needs for not too much more than original price
Cons: description of car size we reserved didn't match what we were offered on arrival

Excellent customer service, no wait time.
Pros: Personnel were very customer focused and thier goal was to get you in the car and on your way to your destination. Return of car and transport to airport was the quickest and easiest we have experienced at any major airport.

Car condition poor and difficult
Cons: The car had 30,000 miles and was covereved in small dents and scratches. I questioned this with the rep. Who was helpful and she used a small plastic template stating only large damage is considered material. However when i rerurned the car a different rep started examining every tiny scratch with NO TEMPLATE in sight. I looked after the car and all the damage was on there. After some arguing she agreed. But i will not fo back, ill use Sixt where you get none of this rubbish and much newer cars.

Required to keep the parcel cover in the car
Pros: Car was in great shape, clean, and large enough to hold everyone comfortably. The Heathrow shuttle was big enough to carry us and all our bags and was ready to go when we were. Signing the rental agreement and returning went quickly
Cons: The car we rented (Ford S-Max) had seats for 7 people. We needed six seats and planned on folding the other one down for our bags. However, the car also has a parcel cover, which is fairly long (about four feet) and goes right where the head of the back row passenger sits. I asked Enterprise if we could leave it behind in the office because it would take up too much room or be in the way. They refused to let us do that, and said it had to stay with the car. It meant the back seat passenger had this bar/ luggage cover in their lap for most of our trip. I mentioned this to the agent when returning the car, and he gave me his contact info and said he would ensure we get an upgrade if we ever rent there again.
