Never rent from them. If you do, video tape the car before you drive off. They rented me a car with pre-existing minor paint damage and accused me of creating it. They are dishonest. I've never had to deal with this before and have rented hundreds of cars. This is the only company I've encountered who does this.Reviewed 28 Jun. 2022

Azeem the agent and the manager , Nav, were very nice and helpful. I have travelled all over the world, and this was the fastest pickup, cleanest car and I loved that it was paperless. They refused to honour the booking, claiming that the central system that sends out booking confirmations is nothing to do with the branch. Their only solution was to offer to loan me a different car at a much more expensive price. They also would not let me speak to anyone else in the branch to complain.Reviewed 27 May 2022

Pick up is in dark underground garage at LHR. Staff do not accompany customers to mark paperwork with existing damage to vehicle or help with controls on vehicle. Telephone assistance, very difficult to reach a live person to address concerns after pickup. World wide Sixt computer system was down for over two days and email assistance was delayed. Usual problems communicating with a live person when I was eventually able to talk to someone in English as it was not their first language. Insurance is very expensive at the counter at pickup. Be sure to buy online with rental prior to pickup. Good luck!Reviewed 2 May 2022
