    Cons: Our flight was delayed coming into Stansted Airport. I called the rental car company and told them our flight was delayed and we were concerned because they would be closed by the time we got there. They told us not a problem and they would wait for us. When I landed and called them, no one picked up. They shouldn't have told us that they would wait if they couldn't. I will only use a big name car rental company from now on.

    Cons: They scam people. Wish I was smart enough and rented from somebody else! First, they charged me for additional third-party insurance. Their T&C says they provide one already but in realty they demand you to pay more money or else they won't rent the vehicle to you. They didn't like any letters I showed them and wanted quite specific letter addressed to them. They charge ridiculous $80 "management fee" for a ticket. And they charged me $120 for cleaning a vehicles though the guy greenlight the return and let me catch the bus. They told my bank that the reason because I didn't sign the slip was because "return done outside of working hours" (really, 7am is outside of your working hours? You open at 5am!) Jerks.

    Pros: Friendly staff.
    Cons: Hard to find location. Seemingly inconsistent shuttles to/from airport, we had to take Uber both ways totaling about $30 Check in took much too long, but agent was friendly, accommodating and easy to talk to.

    Easirent customer service worst in the world 0/100 stars
    Pros: Nothing.
    Cons: If there were worse categories i would have used them. The customer service was 0/100 stars, the worst i have ever experienced in my life. Upon renting the car we were suggested to pay for a full tank of gas. We told the employee that we were only driving to cambridge and would not be needing a full tank. He told us something along the lines (was difficult to understand 100%) that it would be the same price, so he suggested that, thats what we should do. He did NOT tell us that we wouldnt get money refunded for unspent gas!? We agreed to buy the tank and upon returning, a second employee told us we would not be getting money back for unused gas (completely new information). He told us that we could go down and fill up the tank, return it full and he would try and change the contract for a possible refund. Upon return suddenly he was not able to do anything at all to help us, except that we could write to customer service. We did upon returning home - and ofcourse, customer service will not take any responsibility for the words of the employees at stanstead. In the end, due to ridiculously poor service we ended up paying 58 GBP for about a a quarter of gas. Needless to say we were stunned by the service we recieved at Easirent.
