Cons: completely misleading was sold insurance online for the car. rental compamy would not recognize the policy that I was sold and would not release the car! never using kayak again

All worked out fine
Pros: Excellent friendly staff, offered an upgrade (but at a cost), efficient checking in and out. Car all fine.
Cons: I was originally told at booking that we had the option of a pick -up and drop off from Luton Airport to City Centre but turned out we didn't.
