Cons:Car was made available 90 minutes my requested time, after completing paperwork at the desk. This reservation was made more than 30 days in advance of need. When the car was made available, it had been incompletely cleaned, and was covered in ice and snow. The windows needed to be scraped and swept for safe operation.Reviewed 18 Dec. 2016

Pros:Pickup was a breeze, super easy....until I discovered the car tag displayed on the vehicle had expired 3 months ago and had to swap vehicles.
