Pros:Easy drop offCons:The car type I ordered wasn't available when I arrived, even though I booked with Enterprise specifically to avoid that experience that I'd read about often in Hertz reviews. They offered me a full size pickup in its stead which I did not want as I was going to be driving/parking in the city. A different, slightly larger car arrived and I was offered that for an extra $10 a day. Even though they didn't have my reserved car, they refused to budge on the price for the slightly larger car until someone else called and offered more money for the pickup they initially offered me at no additional cost. I understand business means money, but don't dangle a slightly bigger car in front of me when you don't even have the one I reserved. This location only cares about money, not customer satisfaction. Pros:Jared waited on me both for my car pick up and return drop off. He was excellent. Kind, polite, professional and knowledgable. In fact, everything that you would want or expect from a valuable employee. I had to cancel my reservation because of EnterprisePros:nothing. I didnt rent a car.Cons:Enterprise has a policy that you cannot have two rental cars out at once. I have an Enterprise rental car at my home, because I recently got into a car crash and I have an insurance-provided Enterprise. When I went on vacation, I assumed I could rent another Enterprise. It turns out they have a policy for only one car at a time, which they didnt detect when I booked the car, or when I called them to confirm my reservation 24 hours out. As a result, on vacation, I got to the Enterprise (which was not near any other car rental places) and found out I could not rent a car. I had to cancel my reservation and lost half a day of my vacation before getting a rental car somewhere else. This was a completely avoidable situation if Enterprise's IT system would have auto-detected this in advance. But beyond that - its just a stupid policy! Why wouldn't they want me to rent two cars, pay them MORE MONEY, and be a happy customer? I called Enterprise to complain, and talked to a customer service guy who said somebody from Corporate would call me to talk about my situation. 5 days later, nobody called. Airport vs off site needs better ID on booking sitCons:Though my rental request was for an airport location, an offsite location is what was loaded on the reservation site, and this is what I booked. Clearly I should have been more careful, but the booking site should have been much clearer that this site was 8 miles from the airport. At the MSY airport, the Enterprise staff there was less than helpful. This was a not the usual customer service I am accustomed to at Enterprise sites. Once we were able to make our way to the off site locale service was as anticipated. My travel distress could have been eliminated by the booking page highlighting the fact that this was an offsite location in BOLD RED!Reviewed 3 Jan. 2017

Great little carPros:Nice ride for two. Roomy enough with built in navigation that was huge. Pleasant p/u , d/oCons:Unfortunately Smelled like smoke, which was quite annoying since we had a 6 hr drive. The warning light to inflate the tires came on several times as well.
