Would use them again.Pros:Helpful staff; well organized process; minimum paperwork; car ran fineCons:Although smoking in car is not allowed, they first gave me a "smokey" car where the smell made me sick. When I objected, they quickly moved me to another car - no hassles. But did not like that they tried to pass off a smelly car on me.Reviewed 25 Apr. 2017

Good ExperiencePros:Car was ready. No hassle. No delay. Ran well. Price was right. Check-in was a breeze. Will use them again.Cons:Agent did ask me if I wanted to rent gps for additional $12.99 per day. Declined as I thought that was pretty pricey consodering it was a 9 day rental. Then turned out car came with internal gps (which worked great and had big in dash screen).Reviewed 14 Feb. 2017
